UK - FREE SHIPPING

Please check individual item for dispatch time information. Items sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 48h service. Normally arrives within 2-3 business days. Your tracking number will be advised on dispatch. 

EU - FREE SHIPPING

Please check individual item for dispatch time information. 

We ship using a fully tracked and signed service. Please allow 2 - 6 working days for delivery from dispatch. Your tracking number will be advised on dispatch. 

Countries excluded from this service include: Norway, Iceland, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine.

EU TARRIFS AND DUTIES  - Please note that customers will be liable for any import duty/tariffs or other taxes, fees or charges that are applied by customs or other authorities (including couriers) in the country of receipt. 

USA & REST OF THE WORLD - FREE SHIPPING

What happens when a delivery attempt has been made?

If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. Once we receive the items back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the products but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

If parcels are refused delivery, we will not refund the order.
